AirTag Holder

This AirTag holder will secure an AirTag against a flush surface using adhesive. I designed it to tuck AirTags beneath the lid foam of my Pelican cases.

Includes the pictured product printed with TPU and one 3M VHB square.

All of my products are open source! Here’s what you need to make this yourself:

Bill of Materials

This product was designed to be printed in TPU; it will not function as intended if you substitute a rigid thermoplastic.

Instructions

  1. Download 3MF file.
  2. Print with minimal infill to allow flexibility (no supports needed).
  3. Insert AirTag with metallic side visible through circular cutout.
  4. Peel adhesive from backing, stick on circular cutout side and peel red wax paper to stick the adhesive to your surface.
